Professional Experience
Pramod is pursuing the profession of Chartered Accountancy since 1988. He has an extensive experience and expertise in the field of Corporate Laws, Direct Tax Laws, Auditing and Accountancy. As an accountancy expert he has been advising the clients on implementation of prescribed financial reporting framework based on statutory requirements under various statues. As a tax expert he has represented several clients for over last two decades before Income Tax authorities (up to the highest judicial level in the tax department). He has kept his finger on the economy pulse and his foresight has immensely helped our clients be ready for changes in economic laws. He has been representing the industries to Government agencies. He has been making representation in pre-budget memorandum to Finance Minister. As an expert of corporate & allied laws he has advised corporate clients from the point of planning, inception, compliance to mergers and acquisitions. He as a wide experience in statutory audit under the Companies Act, 1956/ 2013, specialised exposure under ERP environment, tax audit under the Income tax Act, 1961, C & A G audit of government organisations/ companies, statutory audit of branches of nationalised banks, concurrent audit of nationalised bank branches and government corporations, central statutory audit of co-operative bank having deposits worth multi crores, taxation matters, company law matters, internal audits, management value added services, corporate consultancy, taxation counselling & consultancy, investigation in winding up matters under the Companies Act, 1956 – Assigned by the Official Liquidator / Hon. High Court.

Other Experience
Pramod has been recognized by the Gujarat University as a Post Graduate Teacher in Accountancy and he has been contributing as a faculty in Department Of Accountancy at the prestigious R J Tibrewal Commerce College (earlier known as L. J. College of Commerce), Ahmedabad affiliated to Gujarat University since 1991.

Academics
Pramod is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He passed the final examination at first attempt in one sitting before completion of his articleship training and was placed in the list of merit (rank) on all India basis and first in the city of Ahmedabad. He passed the intermediate examination at first attempt in one sitting and was placed in the list of merit (rank) on all India basis and first in the state of Gujarat. He passed the entrance examination at first attempt in one sitting and stood first in the state of Gujarat.
He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He passed the final examination at first attempt in one sitting and was place second on all India basis. He was also awarded a silver medal for the best performance in the paper of “Company Law & Practice” at the final examination. He passed the intermediate examination at first attempt in one sitting and was placed first on all India basis and was awarded the “President’s Silver Medal” and “WIRC Cash Prize”.
He is also a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Gujarat University. He pursued Bachelor of Commerce from the prestigious H. L. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad. At the final B. Com. examination he stood first in the University and was awarded three gold medals, two scholarships and a prize. At the second B.Com. examination he stood first in the University with more than 80% marks. At the first B.Com. examination he secured 78% marks and was awarded a gold medal in Accountancy.
